Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Brilliant Public School, Patlikuhal, Kullu, registered under HP Board, for +1 and +2 Science and Commerce streams. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the school's services and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment and Admission: a. Admission to Brilliant Public School is subject to the guidelines and regulations set forth by the HP Board and the school administration. b. Eligibility for enrollment in +1 and +2 Science and Commerce streams will be determined based on academic performance and other relevant criteria established by the school. c. The decision of the school administration regarding admissions is final and binding.

2. Fee Payment: a. Students admitted to Brilliant Public School are required to pay the prescribed fees as per the fee structure determined by the school. b. The fee payment schedule, modes of payment, and any applicable late fees will be communicated to the students and their parents/guardians by the school administration. c. Non-payment or delayed payment of fees may result in restrictions on accessing school facilities and services, including attendance at classes.

3. Academic Policies: a. Students are expected to adhere to the academic rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the school, including attendance requirements, examination protocols, and code of conduct. b. The curriculum, syllabus, and academic calendar will be provided to students by the school, and students are expected to follow them diligently. c. Students must maintain a satisfactory level of academic performance to continue their enrollment in the school. Unsatisfactory academic progress may result in disciplinary actions or termination of enrollment.

4. Code of Conduct: a. Students are required to maintain high standards of behavior, discipline, and respect for teachers, staff, fellow students, and the school premises. b. Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary actions, which could include suspension or expulsion from the school. c. Students must comply with the school's rules and regulations regarding dress code, attendance, use of electronic devices, and any other guidelines provided by the school administration.

5. Privacy and Data Protection: a. Brilliant Public School respects the privacy of its students and their parents/guardians. Any personal information collected by the school will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the school's Privacy Policy. b. The school may use personal information for administrative, educational, and communication purposes related to the student's enrollment and academic progress.

6. Liability: a. Brilliant Public School shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the use of its services, facilities, or website, except where such liability is mandated by applicable laws. b. Students and their parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings while on the school premises.

7. Modifications and Termination: a. Brilliant Public School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any services, facilities, or programs offered by the school, with or without prior notice. b. The school administration may terminate a student's enrollment for reasons including but not limited to academic misconduct, disciplinary issues, non-payment of fees, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India.

By using the services provided by Brilliant Public School, Patlikuhal, Kullu, registered under HP Board, for +1 and +2 Science and Commerce streams, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Terms for Online Application for admission in Brilliant Public School, Patlikuhal, Kullu

1. Registration is open for all students over 15 years of age.
2. Apply for Registration after the consent of parent/guardian.
3. Each student shall only register once.
4. Student are not required to pay online registration fee.
5. Information Provided will be considered confidential information.
6. Your Registration will be treated as provisional, until you deposit the duly completed registration form with all relevant documents with the school before due date.
7. Each Students shall receive the notification regarding the submission of hard copy with relevant documents at school office.
